With the latest update to the ITP and checklist templates, you can now enable defects to be created directly within a form, just like actions.
How to Enable Defects in Your Template:
- Open your ITP or checklist template,
- Find the question you would like to allow Defects to be created for
- Save your checklist
This new functionality allows you to track defects from within a compelted ITP.
Bulk Enable Defects for Existing ITPs
If you need to enable defects for multiple existing ITP or checklist templates, we recommend contacting our support team. We will provide a list of your current forms, and you can mark which ones need to have defects enabled.
