How do I edit a checklist template?

Step 1: Accessing the Checklist Templates


To begin, log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to the Checklist section. Look for the "Templates" tab and click on it. This will display a list of available checklist templates.


Step 2: Selecting the Template to Edit


From the list of templates, locate the one you want to edit and click on it to access the editing interface.


Step 3: Making Changes to the Template


Once you're in the editing mode, you can start making changes to the template. For example, let's say you want to add a feature that allows users to attach an image to a checklist item. Here's how to do it:

a. Identify the section where you want to add the image attachment feature.

b. Click on "Add Block" or a similar option to insert a new section.

c. Choose the type of block you want to add, in this case, an "Image Attachment" block.

d. Configure the block settings as desired, such as setting the maximum image size or file format.


Step 4: Enabling Attachments


With the image attachment block added, you need to enable this feature for users. Here's how to do it:

a. Find the "Enable Attachments" option associated with the newly added block.

b. Toggle the switch or select the checkbox to enable attachments for this block.
