How can I suspend a workers permit?

As conditions on site change, you may need to permanently or temporarily suspect a workers permit.


How to Suspend a Worker’s Permit in BuildPass

Suspending a Permit

  • Go to the "More" menu
  • Select "Suspended Permit
  • Include a message (e.g., "Total fire ban, please do not undertake hot works")
  • Suspend the ticket

Resuming a Permit

  • If conditions change (e.g., fire ban lifted), you can resume the permit
    • This avoids requiring the worker to resubmit the permit
