How can I approve Worker's permit application?
Permits with a "Waiting Review" status have been submitted by workers but are not yet approved. You have the ability to update the permit, approve it or request the worker resubmit in the event that information is missing from their application
How to Approve or Reject Worker Permits in BuildPass
- Pending permits are visible on the project overview under the "Permits to Review" section or on the or on the Permits page
- A permit with the status "Waiting Review" has been submitted by the worker but is not yet approved
- Click on the permit to review the worker's ticket and the submitted application checklist
Requesting Changes:
- If the required questions are not answered, you can reject the application by choosing "Request Changes"
- This sends a text message prompting the worker to resubmit the permit, allowing them to reuse their previous work
Approving a Permit
- To approve the permit, press the green button
- This sends a text message notifying the worker that they are ready to start work
