How to Streamline Ticket Management Through BuildPass

Manage worker tickets effortlessly with BuildPass—monitor, review, and approve tickets in one place.

With BuildPass, ticket management becomes automatic, saving you time from manually monitoring ticket statuses. Through BuildPass, you'll easily manage all your tickets, including tracking upcoming expiries and expired tickets, and handling new worker tickets from upload to approval.

When a worker uploads their ticket, it arrives directly to your BuildPass Project Overview for review. From here, you can approve the ticket or request changes—all without leaving the platform.

Project Overview

The Project Overview provides a high-level view of all current ticket statuses, making it easy to track newly submitted tickets at a glance. This page shows recent uploads, giving you the option to either approve the ticket or request modifications if needed.


Review and Request Changes

Select the ticket you want to review. Go to Ticket Actions and choose Update Review.

In the Update Review section, you can either mark the ticket as Reviewed or Request Changes if needed.

If you request changes, the worker will be automatically notified. Once they complete the requested changes, the ticket will reappear here for further review.

The Expiring section highlights tickets that have expired or will soon expire:

  • Expired tickets appear in red.
  • Tickets nearing expiry appear in blue.

This feature helps you stay proactive, ensuring that all active tickets remain compliant.

Ticket Module

For a comprehensive view of all tickets, including those that don’t need immediate action, navigate to the Ticket Module on the left sidebar. Here, you can:

  • View all tickets and apply filters, such as by worker, subcontractor, or ticket type.
  • Quickly see tickets awaiting review or those nearing expiry.
  • Toggle between tickets by status and request changes directly from the Ticket Module or the Project Overview.
