Unable to access BuildPass Admin

If you have been impacted by an issue whereby BuildPass loads as a blank screen this article explains how to resolve this.


Some Users have been reporting an issue whereby they are unable to access their BuildPass account and are seeing what looks like a "blank screen" when trying to access the BuildPass admin app.


Below is an example of how this appears:

The easiest way to resolve this is to log out of your BuildPass account. To log out of the account navigate to app.buildpass.com.au/logout. You should then be prompted to log back in and your access will be restored.


If you normally access the admin app via the saved shortcut on your mobile device or tablet, please delete the saved icon from your home screen. Once you have followed the steps above to log out, follow these steps to re-save a copy of the admin app to your device.
