How do I create a project?
Create a project using this step-by-step guide for setting up and managing new projects.
- Go to Dashboard: Navigate to your BuildPass dashboard.
- Click 'New': Locate the "New" button in the top-right corner and click it.
- Select 'New Project': From the dropdown that appears, select "New Project."
- Fill in Details: A form will show up, asking for the following:
- Address: Where your project is located.
- Project Name: What you're calling this job.
- Project Admin: The person who'll receive a weekly summary email.
- Start and End Dates: Just to give the Subbies an idea of the total project duration.
- Project Status: So that your project correctly apppears as 'In Progress' as opposed to 'Upcoming'
- Additional Contacts: Add the contact details of your site manager, HSR or any other project contacts.
- Project Tickets: Specify any required tickets for this project.
- Submit: Once you've filled everything out, hit the "Submit" button.
