Step 1: Log In to Your BuildPass Account
- Start by logging in to your BuildPass account. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to request documents from subcontractors.
Step 2: Access Your Project Overview
- After logging in, navigate to your project overview. This should be the main dashboard where you manage your project.
Step 3: Go to Subcontractors Section
- Within your project overview, find the "Subcontractors" section. It's usually listed in the menu or on the page.
Step 4: Manage Subcontractors
- In the Subcontractors section, look for an option that says "Assign/Remove" or something similar. Click on it to manage your subcontractors.
Step 5: Add Subcontractor (if necessary)
- If the subcontractor you want to request documents from is not already listed, add them to your project. Click on "Add" or a similar option and save your changes.
Step 6: Invite the Subcontractor
- Find the subcontractor you want to request documents from. You should see an "Invite" button next to their name. Click on it.
