How do I upload insurances manually?

Ensure your Subbie's insurance is up-to-date by manually uploading insurance documents where the Subbie is unable to do this themselves


To manually upload an insurance document for a subcontractor who is unable to do it themselves, follow these steps:

  • Log into your BuildPass account.
  • Click the Safety module and select Insurances from the drop-down menu.
  • Choose the Upload Insurance option located on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
  • Select the correct subcontractor for whom you are uploading the insurance.
  • Upload the insurance document. You can rename the file, set the expiry date, and specify the type of insurance.
  • Mark the document as reviewed.
  • Click the Save button at the bottom to store the document in your records.
