  • Now, locate and click on the "Subcontractors" tab in the project details section.

  • In the "Subcontractors" section, you will find a list of subcontractors associated with the project.

  • To proceed, click on the three dots next to the chosen subcontractor's name.

  • After clicking the three dots, a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select "Request Documents."
  • A new window will open, presenting various document options. Since you are interested in SWMS, select "SWMS" from the available choices.
  • Next, compose a message to provide specific instructions to the subcontractor regarding the SWMS you need. For example, "Can you please upload a new SWMS that includes working at heights as this is applicable to your work."
  • Once you have entered the message, double-check it for accuracy.
  • After reviewing the message, click on the "Send Document Request" button to initiate the request process.
