How do I sign on as a visitor?

Step 1: Accessing the QR Code Page

Open your smartphone and launch the BuildPass app. Once the app is open, tap on the "Scan QR Code" option.

Step 2: Select "I'm a Visitor"

After scanning the QR code, the app will direct you to a page with various options. Among them, select the "I'm a Visitor" option.

Step 3: Provide Your Contact Details

Now, you need to fill in your contact details to proceed. Enter the following information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address

Step 4: Reason for Visit

Next, indicate the reason for your visit. For example, if you are visiting your child who attends the primary school, select "Visiting my child at school."

Step 5: Confirm and Proceed

Review the information you provided to ensure it's accurate. Once you're sure everything is correct, click on the "Confirm" button.

Step 6: Sign On as a Visitor

After confirming your details, you will be redirected to the final step. Click on the "Visitor Sign On" button to complete the process.

Step 7: Acknowledge Construction Card Requirement

On the next page, you may see a message regarding the requirement of a construction card or the need to be accompanied by someone who possesses one. Read the message carefully to understand the regulations.

Step 8: Final Sign On

If you comply with the construction card requirement or are accompanied by someone with one, click on the "Sign On" button to complete the visitor sign-on process.
