Step 1: Access BuildPass and Open the Project Overview
- Go to the BuildPass website and log in to your account.
- Once logged in, navigate to the project overview section.
Step 2: Select the Project
- In the project overview, locate and select the project from your list of projects.
Step 3: Navigate to the Safety Section
- Within the project, look for the menu or navigation bar on the left-hand side.
- Find and click on the "Safety" tab to access safety-related data for the project.
Step 4: Access the Subcontractor Man-Hours Records
- Under the "Safety" section, locate and click on the "Sign-Ons" option.
- This will take you to the page where all the subcontractor sign-on data is recorded.
Step 5: Choose the Date Range for Export
- On the "Sign-On" page, look for the option to select the date range.
- Click on the date range field and choose the specific time period for which you want to generate the report of subcontractor man-hours.
Step 6: View and Review the Logged Hours
- Once you have selected the desired date range, the page will display all the logged hours for subcontractors within that period.
- Scroll through the list to review the recorded sign-ons

- Once the CSV file is generated, your browser will prompt you to save the file.
- Choose a location on your computer or device where you want to save the file, and click "Save."

- Navigate to the location where you saved the CSV file.
- Open the file using a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to verify the data.
- Use the exported data for reporting, analysis, or any other necessary purposes.
