What is a Company Induction?

In BuildPass, a 'Company Induction' is a pre-arrival orientation process for workers. When someone receives an invite to upload files to the platform, they'll also get a separate link for this induction. Business owners or admins can send this link to workers, who can then complete their orientation through either the mobile app or a web browser before even setting foot on the work site.

After completing the induction, the details appear in a designated section within BuildPass. This is where you'll find worker information on the right-hand side, including any uploaded tickets and licenses. The induction is configurable to meet company-specific needs and can be marked as 'Reviewed' once you've had a look at it. This way, all the preliminary steps are squared away before anyone arrives on site.
