How do I request a re-induction?

Request a re-induction using this step-by-step guide for ensuring workers are re-inducted properly.

Step 1: Accessing the Project Overview

To begin, log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to the project overview page of the project. 

Step 2: Accessing Safety and Site Inductions

Next, click on the "Safety" tab in the navigation menu, and then select "Site Inductions" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Selecting the Person for Re-Induction

From the list of site inductions, find the person you want to re-induct.

Step 4: Requesting Changes and Providing a Reason

Click on the person's name, and you will be taken to their induction details page. Now, click on the "More" option.

From the dropdown menu, select "Request Changes."

Next, you will see a field where you can enter a reason for the re-induction request. Type in a clear and concise reason why the need to re-induct. 

Step 5: Sending the Request

After providing the reason, click on the "Request Update" button to send the re-induction request.

Step 6: Notification to the Inductee 

BuildPass will automatically send an SMS and an email notification to the worker/user, informing them of the re-induction request. The notification will prompt them to do the induction again.

Next time they are on-site, they will need to scan the QR code to complete the re-induction process.
