How to filter my checklists
The Checklist Module provides various filtering options to help you quickly locate and manage checklists. These filters allow you to refine your view, saving time and improving organisation.
Checklist Filters
Show Archived Checklists: Toggle this option to view archived checklists. This is useful when looking for a specific archived checklist among others that are incomplete.
Filter by Location: Narrow the checklists based on specific locations within your project.
Checklist Categories: Filter your checklists by categories, such as OHS, ITPs, or Internals. For example, selecting ITPs will only display ITP checklists.
Filters within a Checklist
Once you open a checklist, you can refine further using:
- Admin Users: View checklists completed by a specific admin.
- Workers: Filter checklists completed by a particular worker.
- Location: Focus on checklists within a selected location.
- Public Responses: Toggle this option to view only checklists with public responses.
- Project-Specific: Limit the view to checklists that pertain to your current project.
- Date Range: Use the date filter to see checklists completed within a specific time frame.
To apply any filter, select your criteria, then click Apply and Close. The module will update to show only the checklists that match your selected options.
