How can I create Locations from floor plans?

This feature allows you to save time by generating project locations directly from your uploaded PDF floor plans. This is an experimental feature and must be enabled in your AI Settings before use.

To generate locations from a PDF floor plan:

• Navigate to the Locations page of your project.
• Select Configure Locations and choose Import Locations from Floor Plan.
• Upload your PDF floor plan. The system will analyze the file to identify and name rooms automatically.

Once the import is complete, you'll see the generated locations appear in your list. Review the results to ensure accuracy:

• Some rooms may be grouped or misnamed. You can edit or delete these directly in the interface.
• If any locations are missing, you can manually add them as needed.

This feature provides a quick starting point, significantly reducing the effort required to populate your project’s locations.
