How do I add a site diary

In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the process of adding a site diary for your project.

Step 1: Access the Project Overview

To begin, log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to your project overview.

Step 2: Go to the Site Diary Section

Once you're on the project overview page, look for the "Site Diary" tab on the navigation menu. Click on it to access the site diary functionality.

Step 3: Create a New Entry

In the site diary section, locate and click the "Create Today's" button to add a new entry for the current date.

Step 4: Record Weather Increments (Optional)

If you need to include weather information for the day, you can do so by clicking on the weather section. You can specify the weather conditions, such as rain or sunny, as per your project requirements.

Step 5: Add Subcontractor Details and Hours Worked

In the entry form, you'll find a section where you can add subcontractor details. Input the names of subcontractors who were present on-site that day. Additionally, if you have worked for the day, fill in the number of hours you contributed to the project.

Step 6: Enter Work Description

Use the space provided to add a description of the work that was carried out on the site that day. Be as detailed as possible to maintain accurate records.

Step 7: Attach Images (If Applicable)

If you have any images from the day's work that you want to include in the site diary, you can do so in this step. Click on the "Add Images" button and select the relevant pictures from your device.

Step 8: Save the Site Diary Entry

After providing all the necessary details, click the "Save" button to save the site diary entry for that day.

Step 9: Review and Edit (Optional)

Once the entry is saved, you can review it for accuracy. If you need to make any changes or additions, you can click on the entry and edit the information.
