How to create a Site Diary Summary

How to Use the Site Diary Summary Tool
Step 1: Access Project Overview
- Start by navigating to the project overview page for the project you want to create a summary for.
Step 2: Open Site Diary
- Click on the 'Site Diary' option within the project overview page.
Step 3: Navigate to Weekly Report
- Within the Site Diary section, click on 'More' and then select 'View Weekly Report'.
Step 4: Select the Week
- At the top of the Weekly Report section, choose the week for which you want the report to be generated.
Step 5: Generate the Summary
- The AI will automatically summarise the site diaries for the selected week. Review the generated summary on the screen.
Step 6: Print the Summary
- If you wish to have a hard copy, click on 'Print Page' to print the summary.
Step 7: Seek Further Assistance
- If you have any questions or need further assistance, utilise the green chat box located in the right-hand corner of the page.
