Managing Insurance Certificates in BuildPass
BuildPass supports managing various insurance certificates, including Public Liability, Workers' Compensation, and customizable options under "Other." Subcontractors only need to upload policies once per year, with reminders sent before expiration.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Subcontractors in the Settings menu.
3. Enter the additional insurance type (e.g., test insurance).
4. The insurance type is automatically saved.
5. When uploading insurance, navigate to Safety > Insurance, and select the newly added insurance type.
After submission, all requested insurances are displayed in the Project Overview for review. You can view, request changes, or mark as reviewed, ensuring your subcontractors have up-to-date coverage efficiently.
