The SWMS Module streamlines the management of your SWMS by site and subcontractor. Within this module, you can review and request changes to submitted or uploaded SWMS. A
s part of the review process an account level checklist can be created for reviewing SWMS, this checklist can be used as part of the approval process to ensure that all aspects of the SWMS meet your requirements. The SWMS checklist can be sent back to the Subcontractor who submitted the original SWMS with notes on any amendments required.
It also enables you to track which workers have signed onto each SWMS and add manual sign-ons where required. Additionally, the module serves as a historical database, allowing you to access previous SWMS on a per-project basis.
