How do subcontractors upload new insurance when they have expired?

Subcontractors are notified via email 30 days, 7 days before, and on the day their insurance is set to expire, reminding them of the upcoming expiration. These emails contain a direct link for the subcontractors to easily upload their updated insurance documents.
