How to create an access template?
Create an access template seamlessly. Follow this guide to set up and customize access templates for efficient user management.
Guide: Creating a Checklist Access Template
Step 1: Navigate to the Checklists Section
- Start by opening the Checklists menu.
- Once inside, go to the Templates tab.
Step 2: Access the Manage Templates Option
- In the Templates section, click on More.
- From the dropdown, select Manage Access Templates.
Step 3: Create a New Access Template
- Click on Create Access Template.
Step 4: Fill in Template Details
- Enter the template name in the designated field.
- Add the person or group you want to grant access to the template.
Step 5: Set Permissions
- Review the permissions options:
- Read and Write: Allows the person to view and edit the template.
- View Only: Restricts access to viewing the template without making changes.
- Double-check permissions in the General Access section to ensure they are set correctly.
Step 6: Submit the Template
- Once everything is configured, click Submit to finalize and save your new access template.
