How do I send a message to workers?

Step 1: Accessing the Project Overview

To get started, make sure you're logged into your BuildPass account and have access to the project you want to communicate with the workers for. Once you're logged in, follow these steps:

On your dashboard, navigate to the project you're working on. This should be the project for which you want to send the message.

Step 2: Accessing Communication Options

Now that you're on the project overview page, you'll notice a menu on the left-hand side. Scroll down until you find the "Communication" section. Click on it to access the communication options for your project.

Step 3: Creating a New Message

Within the "Communication" section, you'll see various options related to sending messages. Look for the "New Message" button and click on it. A message composition window will appear.

Type your message: In the message composition window, type in the message you want to send to your workers.

Step 4: Selecting Worker Recipients

Once you've composed your message, you'll notice options to select the recipients of your message.

Step 5: Selecting Workers and Sending the Message

With your recipients chosen, you can now select the specific workers who will receive the message:

5.1 - Select workers: Check the boxes next to the names of the workers you want to send the message to. If you're sending the message to all workers, you can select all of them.

5.2 - Send communication: Once you've selected the recipients, look for the "Send Communication" button. Click on it to initiate the sending process.

Step 6: Confirming Message Sent

After clicking the "Send Communication" button, BuildPass will process your request and send out the messages to the selected workers. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the communication has been successfully sent.
