What is the Communication module?

Understand the communication module. This article explains the features and benefits of using the communication module for effective team interactions.

  1. Access Communication: Log in to your BuildPass account and go to the project overview.
  2. Message Type: Click on "Communication" to send messages to subcontractors. Choose SMS or other options.
  3. Compose Message: Write your message in the provided text box. E.g., "Delivery on site in one hour."
  4. Choose Recipients: Select the recipients from options like all workers, recent sign-ons, etc.
  5. Send Message: Pick the relevant group, e.g., "signed on today," and hit "Send Communication."
