What are defects?

Got a defect that needs sorting on site? BuildPass has got you covered with our Defects feature. Here's how it works: you find something that needs fixing, head over to the Defects section and click on "New Defect." You can upload images and jot down any specific notes to make sure everyone knows exactly what needs doing.

You can assign these defects as actions for team members to complete. Plus, you can set the level of urgency and even a completion date to keep everyone on track.
