Previewing Inductions in BuildPass

Step 1: Accessing the Induction Preview

1.1 Open BuildPass and navigate to the desired project you want to preview.

1.2 In this example, let's use the project "611 Pale Circuit."

1.3 Locate the "Inductions" option in the menu and click on it.

Step 2: Previewing an Induction

2.1 Once you are on the Inductions page, click on the "Create Induction" button.

2.2 The screen that appears allows you to manually generate a worker's induction.

2.3 However, for the purpose of previewing the induction, we won't be creating one at this time.

2.4 Scroll through the options and checkboxes to review the content of the induction.

2.5 Take note of the information and settings that will be included in the induction.

Step 3: Previewing a Company Induction

3.1 If you want to preview a company induction, follow the same process as in Step 2.

3.2 Click on the "Create Induction" button for the company induction you want to preview.

3.3 Review the induction content and settings as before.

Step 4: Mobile Induction Preview

4.1 To preview an induction on a mobile device, access the project's dashboard.

4.2 Within the project overview, locate the "Poster" section.

4.3 You have two options: either view and download the poster or scan the provided QR code.

4.4 By scanning the QR code, you can experience the induction as if you were completing it on your own device.

4.5 Note that this method is particularly useful for those who want to see how the induction appears on a mobile phone.

Step 5: Requesting Changes to an Induction

5.1 If you need to make edits to an existing induction, locate the "Site Inductions" list.

5.2 Find your entry within the list.

5.3 Click on your entry to access the details and options.

5.4 From here, you can request changes to the induction by leaving a message or specifying your requirements.

5.5 Once the changes are made, you will be prompted to re-induct yourself the next time you access the induction.

Step 6: Re-inducting Yourself

6.1 After requesting changes to an induction, open the BuildPass app on your mobile phone.

6.2 Within the app, you will find an option that allows you to redo the induction.

6.3 This option ensures you experience the updated version of the induction.
